What to include

• Booking or refund issue — your booking ID (visible in Book → My bookings) and the venue name.
• Account or login trouble — the phone number or email you signed in with. Never send us your OTP or password.
• Listing a venue — venue name, city, sports offered and the courts you want listed.
• Data deletion — email from your registered contact; see the Privacy Policy for what is removed.

Reporting misuse

To report abusive behaviour in a game chat, a fraudulent listing or a fake review, email us with a screenshot and the game or venue name. We review reports within 2 working days and may suspend accounts under our Terms & Conditions.
